Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Bede in Bedworth. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and honouring their choices.
The salary for this role is £13.10 per hour, and we offer excellent benefits, including a thorough induction, ongoing training and development, and access to apprenticeships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care
- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
- Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
