We are seeking a full-time Care Assistant to join our team at Puttenham Hill House Care Home in Guildford. As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents, providing high-quality, personal and social care, and nurturing relationships with individuals and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
- Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicating with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
