Description
We are seeking passionate licensed mental healthcare providers to join our Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) as Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLCs). As an MFLC, you will provide counselling services to military Service Members and their families, focusing on enhancing operational readiness and increasing individual and family resiliency.
The MRR model allows you to focus on your counselling work without administrative burdens. You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and work on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face counselling to military Service Members and their families
- Recommend referrals and handoffs to military and community resources
- Offer presentations on social skills development and social emotional learning
- Build rapport with Service Members, spouses, and children by attending installation and community events
- Help families and children with challenges particular to the military community
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Behavioural Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD)
- Licensure to practice at the independent practice level (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in a state or territory of the United States
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to pass a basic background check and NACI/CNACI clearance

Pay Range: $42/hr - $50/hr
