Description
Visa is seeking an AI-Native Growth Marketer to join the Value-Added Services (VAS) Marketing organization. This is an analyst-level role with significant execution responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence growth outcomes across Visa's digital ecosystem.
The AI-Native Growth Marketer will support global demand marketing efforts through AI-powered content scaling, conversion rate optimization (CRO), search everywhere optimization (SEO/GEO) strategies, experimentation, digital analytics, customer journey optimization and emerging growth channels.
This individual will leverage modern AI platforms, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, synthetic testing methodologies, and growth technologies to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, support and execute digital growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and business impact across Visa's digital ecosystem
- Identify emerging growth channels, technologies, and opportunities that can drive measurable acquisition, engagement, and revenue outcomes
- Leverage AI platforms, automation frameworks, and agentic workflows to accelerate marketing execution, insight generation, content scalability, and operational efficiency
- Execute and analyze experimentation programs including but not limited to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, A/B multivariate testing, AI-synthetic user testing, dynamic landing page optimization, and customer journey enhancements
- Utilize SEO, GEO, and search-everywhere optimization initiatives at scale to improve discoverability, visibility, and organic growth performance
- Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting that translate analytics into actionable business recommendations
- Partner with content, web, product marketing, regional marketing, and digital operations teams to scale high-performing digital experiences globally
- Conduct competitive intelligence, market analysis, and digital trend monitoring to identify new opportunities and areas of differentiation
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of growth initiatives using data-driven decision making and an iterative test-and-learn approach
- Partner with and support web teams to author, publish, and optimize landing pages, digital experiences, and growth-focused content when doing so enables faster experimentation, accelerates speed-to-market, or unlocks new growth opportunities
- Champion and execute within culture of experimentation, innovation, measurement, and continuous optimization across the broader digital marketing organization
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and continuously seeks new opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and customer experience
- AI-native with demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, and emerging digital technologies to solve business problems and accelerate growth outcomes.
- Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, SEO/GEO, customer journeys, and modern and emerging digital growth strategies
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable actions
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable testing new ideas, learning quickly from results, and adjusting direction when needed
- Understands how to scale successful strategies across global and regional markets while accounting for localization and audience differences
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented with a proven ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating evolving priorities while helping bring structure, clarity, and organization to projects
