Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West Park Darlington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Your schedule will be:
- Sunday 12:00 - 16:00
- Wednesday 12:00 - 16:00
- Thursday 12:00 - 16:00
- Saturday 12:00 - 16:00
