As Night Manager at Morrisons, you will lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. You will report directly to the Store Manager and ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout the night.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading with care: Supporting and inspiring your team to put customers first
- Managing your team: Taking ownership of department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning
- Developing your team: Training, coaching, and building confidence across your colleagues
- Driving performance and standards: Working collaboratively with other store managers to deliver against targets
