We are seeking a Store Director (Store Manager) to lead our team at the S. Austin, TX location.
The pay range for this role is $106,000.00 - $212,000.00 per year.
As a Store Director, you will lead a team that has one purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. You will develop leaders who care about their teams, who care about their guests and each other.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a guest-centric and engaged team
- Own your store's overall business to drive efficiency, safety and grow sales
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team leadership and engagement
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
