Description
As a Production Operator at 3M's Menomonie, WI facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.
The role involves working on a fixed day or night shift, with 8-12 hour shifts, and earning a starting pay of $22.78 to $28.41 per hour, depending on job responsibilities. You will also receive a $2.00 per hour differential for night shifts and double-time pay on Sundays. Pay increases are available throughout the first year as you learn new tasks and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Following safe work behaviors and reporting hazards
- Adhering to operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products on time
- Creating a positive, inclusive work environment
- Using computers and computer controls to run equipment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts and overtime as required
- Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI
- Completion of a job-related readiness assessment
