Description
You will join Cisco Legal's Regulatory & Compliance team as a Compliance Specialist, providing local operational support for the compliance program in the LATAM region.
You will play a meaningful role in the operation of the regional compliance program, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations and laws, as well as Cisco's policies and Code of Business Conduct.
Using your strong operational skills and program management experience, you will drive implementation of programs, processes, and approaches to mitigate risk and promote Cisco's compliance culture.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with the Ethics & Compliance Team and local stakeholders, leveraging Cisco's culture of teamwork to drive impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or regional equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in ethics and compliance programs and internal controls
- Expertise with compliance, risk management, and case management software and systems
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP or CCEP-I), Fraud Examiner (CFE), or equivalent
- Experience in the technology industry and with sales models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
