Description
We are hiring a performance and data-driven Senior Paid Social Executive to join our eCommerce Marketing team at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. The role involves planning, executing, and scaling performance campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit to meet company revenue targets and deliver profitable returns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and optimise performance campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit to consistently meet and exceed business KPIs.
- Continuously analyse performance metrics, perform data analysis, and execute granular daily/weekly optimisations to maximise return on ad spend.
- Support the planning and manage the execution of robust testing frameworks.
- Work alongside internal data science and finance teams to validate measurement and monitor incrementality.
- Oversee day-to-day channel performance with our media agency and nurture direct relationships with TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit account teams.
- Deliver regular, transparent performance updates and translate raw campaign data into clear executive insights and actionable growth recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven years of hands-on experience managing paid social performance campaigns.
- Agency background or in-house experience within the eCommerce/Retail environment is preferred.
- Proficient with Ads Managers across channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit).
- Strong understanding of analytics/attribution tools and social media.
- Highly numerical with an eye for data and ability to dissect metrics.
