Supervisor Training, Demos & Resources Fall Protection Latam

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our Training, Demos & Resources team for Fall Protection in Latin America.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating training, demonstrations, and the management of various tools available to the Fall Protection division.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the implementation of product training and demonstration programs
• Administer, supervise, and measure Demonstration Centers and Demovans, and coordinate with local teams on operational issues
• Supervise and motivate external personnel assigned to Fall Protection demonstrations
• Develop short- and long-term training plans to support the growth of Fall Protection
• Act as a Master Instructor for Latin America, providing certified training to end-users and new training centers
• Implement the division's development and growth strategy in various markets
• Collaborate with the Fall Protection Specialists team to identify and analyze the division's customer portfolio
• Use Salesforce to track demonstrations, training sessions, opportunities, and other metrics
• Prepare for future expansion of this area within the division

Requirements:

• Higher education in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Civil), Safety, Business, or Marketing
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an industrial market, specifically working with industrial safety equipment demonstrations and personal protective equipment
• Intermediate level of English
• Desirable knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
• Desirable experience in leading training processes and resource administration
• Availability for travel and fieldwork in various Latin American countries
• Desirable knowledge of the Fall Protection portfolio and local regulations
