Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Gloucester Eastgate. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and meet strong customer demand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering five-star service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible. This is a part-time position available for Christmas only, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
