Retail Store Associate

As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting pharmacy personnel, and maintaining the sales floor.

Essential Functions:

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, and work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development

Required Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Physical Requirements:

+ Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods + Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently + Visual Acuity - having close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Anticipated Weekly Hours:

• 24 hours

Time Type:

• Part-time

Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00
