As an experienced HR Automation Developer, you will design, develop, deploy, and support HR automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and related technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate automation opportunities and business requirements to determine solution feasibility, complexity, and value.
- Facilitate sessions with business owners to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and integrate automation solutions using approved technologies and enterprise applications.
- Develop test cases, perform end-to-end testing, and lead stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor and support deployed solutions, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective stakeholder partnership and communication skills.
