Join our team in the M&S Café at the Derby Eagle Centre as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during busy periods.
Your tasks will include:
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
The work pattern for this role is as follows: Week 1:
- Sunday: 08:00-14:00
- Wednesday: 07:00-13:00
- Thursday: 07:00-13:30
- Friday: 07:00-14:00
Week 2:
- Monday: 07:00-13:00
- Friday: 07:00-13:30
- Saturday: 07:00-14:00
