The Decisioning Platform team is seeking an experienced product manager to help shape the future of decisioning at Capital One. The goal is to build a unified platform for all decisioning capabilities across the company, empowering teams to author, host, manage, execute, and audit their decisioning logic through a modern, seamless workflow.
In this role, you will bridge stakeholder strategy and engineering execution by translating complex organisational needs into a high-impact roadmap for a dedicated engineering squad.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Salary Information
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year
