Description
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer / Production Support Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Alumni program, which provides graduate training, ongoing support, and opportunities at leading global employers.
As a production support analyst with mthree, you'll be responsible for looking after technical systems and processes that other teams rely on. Your work will be similar to healthcare for technology, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently.
The Alumni program includes:
- 4-8 weeks of online training at mthree Academy
- 12-24 months of work with a mthree client, with support and salary increases every 12 months
- Opportunities to convert to permanent employment with the client at the end of the program
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues using analytical approaches
- Discuss production support activity at a high level, including ITIL, monitoring, DevOps, SRE, and disaster recovery
- Work with various teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM subject
- GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to work without needing visa sponsorship
