Description
Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) positions Anduril as a lead provider of specialised engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Systems Engineer (Integration & Test), you will:
- Design, implement, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and procedures to validate system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate across hardware and software teams in a fast-paced environment to comprehensively test products.
- Execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and end-to-end evaluation of integrated hardware and software.
- Assess test coverage against established requirements and maintain clear traceability.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and system network architectures.
- Define and manage the integrated test strategy and schedule across an entire program.
- Communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Establish test standards and tooling that scale across programs, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.
- 6+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development.
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and rigorous test procedures.
- Experience with software testing methodologies for complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and testing networking devices.
- Proven experience with systems engineering and requirements management tools.
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience implementing military standards for qualification and acceptance testing.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks and programming languages (Python, MATLAB).
- Experience standing up lab environments, test infrastructure, or automated regression pipelines.
- Experience supporting field testing, customer demonstrations, or operational evaluations.
