Description

As a Senior Commercial Manager at the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA), you will play a crucial role in delivering procurement and contract management functions across the organisation.

The CMA is responsible for promoting competitive markets and tackling unfair behaviour, making it a fascinating time to join as the organisation addresses the challenges of digitalisation and the growing power of large technology firms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be professionally qualified (MCIPS) or have a suitable equivalent, and have experience of successfully delivering procurement activity within a public sector environment or similarly regulated sectors. You will also need to have knowledge and demonstrable experience of both contract and supplier management, and commercial contracting in relevant areas.
