Join us as Engineering Change Manager to lead the governance, coordination and delivery of Engineering Changes across Eurostar's rolling stock fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the Rolling Stock Engineering Change process (EF003).
- Manage Engineering Changes from initiation to implementation and closure.
- Ensure fleet modification records and technical documentation remain accurate, controlled and compliant.
- Monitor Engineering Change risks, prioritising safety-critical activities and Safety Advice Notices (SANs).
- Act as the key interface with Siemens for Class 374 Engineering Changes.
- Lead technical planning and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of changes.
- Produce performance reports and monitor delivery, resource and competency risks.
- Manage contractors responsible for maintaining the e300 drawing suite.
- Maintain the On-Call Authorising Engineer framework and participate in the on-call rota.
Team Leadership:
- Manage the Document Controller and Continental Liaison Team.
- Ensure maintenance and engineering documentation is available, controlled and translated where required.
- Ensure fleet configuration is accurately reflected within the Maintenance Management System.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent specialising in Engineering.
- Demonstrable navigation through, and understanding of complex Engineering Changes.
- Regulatory requirements related to Engineering Change including and verification.
- Change management.
- Managing safety.
- Rolling stock legislation, regulations and standards.
