Description
We are seeking a Hybrid Rider to join our team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. As a Hybrid Rider, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, pick-up points, and stations safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers, pick-up points, and stations safely and on time
- Verify customer details with actual addresses using the application before and during delivery
- Ensure all packages are in acceptable condition, have proper documentation, and match the application's records
- Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and reconcile it with the application
- Hand over COD collections to Station Heads or Fleet Assistants daily
- Contact customers before failed deliveries
- Maintain good customer behavior and adhere to set routes and schedules
- Comply with transportation laws, maintain safe driving records, and follow Ninja Van's code of conduct and quality policies
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above
- SPM qualification and above
- No prior experience required
- Own vehicle (motorcycle/car)
- Valid driver's license and GDL (if driving company vehicles)
- Clean driving record, no criminal record
- Good attitude, customer-oriented, and responsible
- Android phone
- Flexible work schedule
Working Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:30 AM-7:00 PM (or until delivery completion) Delivery Area: Taman Desa Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,400 per month
