Description
We're seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join our Marketing Engineering team. You'll be forward-deployed to our growth pods, where you'll find problems worth solving and own solutions end-to-end. You'll build agents that run real parts of our business, taking on real work and improving based on results.
Our company, ElevenLabs, is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model and today serve millions of users and thousands of businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building agents using our own agents platform, the latest orchestration tools, and frontier models
- Ensuring agents are reliable, measurable, and safe for the business to depend on
- Collaborating with growth pods to identify problems and develop solutions
- Working with LLM APIs and agent orchestration
Requirements:
- Experience with Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production systems that others rely on
- Experience building with LLMs beyond the demo stage and evaluating their performance
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of built systems
Nice to have:
- Experience with GTM data or marketing systems
