Priory Hayes Grove, located in Hayes, Bromley, has an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. We provide residential, day care and outpatient treatment for conditions including depression, eating disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, and private autism assessments for adults.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients' wellbeing. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans
- Providing practical support and responsive care to patients who require assistance with intimate personal needs
- Observing and monitoring the wellbeing of patients and referring any unusual occurrences to senior staff
- Providing specific interventions with patients as delegated by a Registered Nurse
