Description
As a Junior QC Specialist in the Online Requirements Team at Ubisoft, you will be responsible for checking and ensuring that games respect all intended Online Requirements.
Your primary goal will be to identify issues, manage test passes, and communicate with developers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing Ubisoft Online Requirements tests and providing feedback to the production team
- Operating multiple platforms, including PC, X1, PS4, XsX, PS5, and NX
- Supporting production teams in implementing online features
- Investigating, reproducing, and reporting issues
- Managing one or more projects, planning and coordinating tests, and ensuring proper test coverage
- Acting as a node of communication between multiple teams
- Creating various documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Upper intermediate level of English or higher
- Good understanding of the road-to-release process
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
- Proactivity and ability to multitask
Would be a plus:
- Experience with multiple projects
- Mentorship experience
- Experience in coordinating tasks
- Involvement in test case creation/adjustment
- Hands-on experience with several platforms
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Network Addresses & Protocols, Network parameters
- Knowledge of Packet Sniffers, Cisco devices, Linux exposure/awareness
