Description
The Cromwell Hospital, a flagship private hospital in West London, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join its team.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service, working under the supervision of a Senior Pharmacy Technician and receiving Pharmacist support.
Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing and checking prescriptions
- Patient counselling
- Stock management
- Assisting in the training of staff
- Ensuring dispensary duties are completed in line with legislation and hospital procedures
The pharmacy service operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 8pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 2:30pm.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC
- NVQ LEVEL 3 Pharmacy services or B/Tec Pharmaceutical sciences
- Experience of working in a hospital pharmacy
