Description
We are seeking an Advanced Services Consulting Engineer to join our team. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
As a Services Consulting Engineer, you will use your professional knowledge to review and assess open software defects, providing recommendations on identified risks and discussing details with respective teams. You will deliver proactive consulting services such as technical analysis and recommendations, assist customers and senior engineers in conducting product health checks, and review and evaluate network plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of core IP networking concepts, including TCP/IP, QoS, VLAN, STP, IPSEC, and NAT. Experience with Juniper products and automation is also desirable.
