Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop focused marketing plans aligned with the Enterprise Hub's product strategy, commercial priorities, income targets, and organisational objectives.
  • Define priority audience segments, value propositions, messaging, channels, and measurable objectives, translating complex expertise into clear, customer-focused communications.
  • Plan and deliver integrated activity across owned, earned, and paid channels to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion.
  • Lead launches for new and updated offerings, coordinating launch plans, campaign assets, customer journeys, and thought-leadership marketing across contributing teams.
  • Manage communications from acquisition and nurture through onboarding, retention, and renewal, working with business development colleagues to strengthen lead-management processes and the sales funnel.
  • Support customer discovery, market validation, pricing, and packaging; set campaign key performance indicators and use segmentation, testing, feedback, and analysis to optimise campaigns and inform product decisions.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, manage budgets and schedules, maintain accurate campaign and pipeline data, and ensure all activity is brand-consistent and compliant with the Reuters Trust Principles.

  • Substantial marketing experience, including ownership of multi-channel campaigns, demand generation, and product or service launches with measurable audience or revenue outcomes.
  • Experience marketing to business or institutional audiences and working with colleagues responsible for products, sales, partnerships, and delivery.
  • Ability to turn complex expertise and services into clear propositions and customer-focused messaging, supported by excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong capability across email, web, search, paid media, social media, content marketing, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience using audience research, segmentation, and testing; defining key performance indicators; reporting performance; and translating evidence into action.
  • Ability to coordinate contributors, manage competing priorities, budgets, and external suppliers, and deliver autonomously across functions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Commercial awareness, sound judgement, responsible marketing practice, and a clear commitment to the Foundation's mission and the Reuters Trust Principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using customer relationship management, marketing automation, or sales pipeline systems.
  • Experience supporting the commercialisation of an existing programme, capability, or intellectual asset.
