Responsibilities As a seasonal team member, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve operations
- Adapt to new technologies and systems
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:

Physical Demands This role requires:
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 40 pounds)
- Accurately handling cash register operations
