As a salesperson in our Frankfurt store, you will be the face of Coolblue, providing excellent customer service and helping customers choose the right products.
Your main tasks will include:
- Advising customers, asking questions, and listening carefully to turn their wishes into a shopping experience
- Solving problems, remaining calm under pressure, and finding solutions that delight customers
- Providing top-notch service, making it a natural part of your daily work
- Being an ambassador for Coolblue, showcasing the fun of working for our organisation

Requirements:
- Fluency in German
