Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our global employment partnership end to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, particularly in HR, Payroll, Compliance, or Fintech, and be familiar with embedded products, APIs, integrations, and partner-led ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the partner relationship and integration at the product level
- Own the whole customer journey, from the first question about hiring somewhere new through setup and ongoing management
- Develop a deep understanding of the space, including customers, CX, and Sales, as well as the partner's product team
- Prioritize ruthlessly against the strategy and ship in small, frequent releases
- Measure the effectiveness of solutions quantitatively and qualitatively
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve their career best
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products
- Experience in HR, Payroll, Compliance, or Fintech
- Familiarity with embedded products, APIs, integrations, and partner-led ecosystems
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
