We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. You won't just be handed a release to ship: you're the fourth seat in the product quad, alongside a Product Manager, Product Designer and Lead Developer, from the very first idea through to the moment customers are using what you built, a setup that's rare for PMM roles in the Czech market.
Responsibilities:
- Sync with your dedicated Product Manager, Designer and Lead Developer on the release you're driving
- Build the assets that take a release to market
- Join a weekly hour with Customer Success to walk through what's new
- Track adoption against the quarter's goals
- Take ownership of a specific slice of the ROI Hunter product end to end
Requirements:
- Real e-commerce experience
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a scope that moves
- Genuinely autonomous
- Prior product marketing experience helps but isn't required
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok or OpenAI's ChatGPT ads is a big plus
What does high performance look like:
- You show real excitement to grow into this from day one
- You already carry the e-commerce instinct the role needs
- On the take home task, you prepare properly
- When a release's scope changes overnight, you reorient fast and keep moving
Career growth:
- You'll learn the PMM craft with Dominika as your direct mentor and sponsor
- You start by owning one slice of the ROI Hunter product end to end
- As ROI Hunter folds into Pattern and pushes into the US, you'll work more with US colleagues and Pattern's wider product teams
Success in the first 30, 60, 90 days:
- First 30 days: you're building real knowledge of your product scope
- By 60 days: you're hands on with your first release
- By 90 days: you're operating on your own
Team:
- You'll report to Dominika Rakyta
- Day to day you'll sit inside your assigned quad with a dedicated Product Manager, Product Designer and Lead Developer
Culture:
- Game Changers
- Data Fanatics
- Partner Obsessed
- Team of Doers
Benefits:
- 25 days of holiday
- 3 paid sick days per year
- Work from home allowance
- Multisport card contribution
- Free massage or physiotherapy appointment once per month
- Company wide education budget for your development
- Company and team events
