Within the Operating division, our department ensures two essential missions:
- The design and adaptation of the Eurostar transport plan,
- The management of rolling stock service schedules (train drivers and train managers).
Your objective
To better manage our rolling stock resources (train drivers and train managers), we need a clear and reliable view of their current and future utilisation. Your role will be to transform data into decision-making tools.
Your missions
- Analysis of data needs
You will work with business experts and managers to identify the key data needed to manage resources.
- Data collection and consolidation
You will centralise information using internal tools, ensuring their reliability and relevance.
- Creation of dashboards
You will design dynamic and intuitive dashboards to provide a clear view to decision-makers.
- Process automation
You will contribute to the optimisation of tools by automating and standardising dashboards, in liaison with internal colleagues from the IT department or an external developer if necessary.
