Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute commercial strategies focused on regional development.
- Lead, train, and motivate the delegate team, boosting their performance and competencies.

Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Health Sciences).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy visits.
- At least 5 years of experience managing pharmacy delegate teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
- High-level English.
- Driving license.
- Availability for national travel.
