The Employment & Reward Group at Pinsent Masons is one of the largest and most experienced teams in the UK, with over 60 employment lawyers nationwide and colleagues across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. You will advise leading UK and international organisations on strategic employment matters and handle complex disputes.
Responsibilities include:
- Complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Strategic workforce projects, reorganisations and redundancies
- Industrial relations, senior exits and executive reward
- Team moves, restrictive covenants and global mobility
- Employment support on corporate transactions and outsourcing
- Workplace investigations, equality and pay reporting
- The changing impact of technology and AI on the workplace
Requirements:
- UK-qualified employment lawyer with at least 1 year's PQE gained in a strong commercial practice
- Comfortable advising on strategic employment matters and handling complex disputes
- Strong technical skills, sound commercial judgement, clear communication and a collaborative approach
