Description
We're seeking a Leader Shift Team in our LKJ plant organization to deliver strategic objectives in governance, EHS, quality, cost, responsiveness, and people development.
As part of this role, you will:
- Control and validate product quality, from raw materials to finished products
- Oversee sanitation processes and maintain lab equipment
- Ensure safety awareness and a safe working environment
- Operate and maintain SPIRIT label machines and packaging equipment
- Prepare procedures and working instructions for SPIRIT packaging operations
- Complete daily reports and implement GMP practices and personal hygiene
The ideal candidate will have:
- Agile and resilient qualities to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job
- Experience working in a team environment
- Vocational school education in General or Management
- At least 3 years of business experience in manufacturing consumer goods, preferably in a beverage factory
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills in Bahasa
- Knowledge of quality and food safety policies
- Understanding of personal hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices
