As a Host at Coolblue, you will be the first point of contact for customers in our store. You will greet customers with a smile and offer them a bag of coffee or tea. You will also connect customers with the right specialist.
You will work closely with your colleagues to coordinate break schedules, ensuring that customers do not have to wait too long in the store. On quiet moments, you will help customers online with their questions.
