Description
Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company and Europe's largest security system manufacturer, is seeking a Consultant SAP EWM with experience implementing SAP in production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements for warehouse logistics.
- Analyze and model warehouse business processes AS-IS / TO-BE.
- Configure and maintain SAP EWM: warehouse structure, storage types, bins, warehouse tasks, waves, and RF processes.
- Implement placement and retrieval strategies, wave management, slotting, and rearrangement.
- Work with product master and warehouse master data, prepare templates, and participate in data migration.
- Configure and support RF processes and mobile device operations in the warehouse.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical assignments, and decompose requirements into user stories.
- Assign tasks to developers (ABAP / EWM enhancements) and monitor their execution.
- Participate in testing: prepare test cases, conduct UAT, and work with SAP test environments.
- Implement SAP EWM: customizing, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Support and develop SAP EWM post-implementation.
- Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for warehouse users.
Requirements:
- Full higher technical or economic education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a SAP System Analyst / SAP Consultant, particularly in SAP implementation or automation projects.
- At least 2 years of practical experience working with SAP EWM.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, and inventory.
- Practical experience in configuring and supporting SAP EWM.
- Understanding of SAP EWM integration with ERP / S/4HANA, MM, SD, TM.
- Experience working with master data and data migration.
- Experience in testing SAP solutions and participating in implementations.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level , spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.
- Ability to work effectively with business users and stakeholders.
- Proactivity, responsibility, and result orientation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and Embedded EWM.
- Understanding of SAP TM and transportation logistics integration with EWM.
- Experience working with automated warehouses: MFS, conveyor systems.
- Basic ABAP knowledge for reading and understanding developments.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum.
