Description
We are seeking an Aide to Clinician - Outpatient to join our team at PT Solutions in Bastrop, Texas.
The successful candidate will work in an outpatient physical therapy setting, conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
What We Offer:
- Base salary: $78,000 - $95,000 per year
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
