Description
As a Designate Store Manager with Marks & Spencer in the Bristol & Bath areas, you will lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual, and people performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting the strategy and direction for the store
- Building a high-performance culture by coaching managers and growing talent
- Using data and insight to unlock opportunity and drive profit
- Representing the store and its people
- Creating an exceptional customer journey
