Description
As a Senior Business Manager at Capital One, National Association in McLean, Virginia, you will develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success. You will be responsible for P&L accountability for a business segment and strategic planning with a 1-6 month horizon.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Leading product level modeling and analytics
- Direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Building targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences
- Driving step-change improvements in credit performance
- Coordinating across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent
- Overseeing multiple projects and programs concurrently
The salary range for this role is $168,569 - $272,700 per year.
