Description
Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation. As Lead Product Manager, Technical Infrastructure, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Grab's core engineering platform, enabling 1,000+ microservices, hundreds of tools and agents, and thousands of engineers to build and run high-quality products quickly, reliably, and securely.
Responsibilities:
- Own the platform product roadmap, defining and driving priorities, trade-offs, and delivery milestones.
- Set strategy and success metrics, framing clear problem spaces, defining KPIs and OKRs, and tracking adoption and outcome metrics.
- Drive adoption of platform solutions, partnering with internal engineering customers to understand their workflows and champion new capabilities.
- Write and iterate on high-quality PRDs, collaborating deeply with engineering teams to produce rigorous, well-scoped documents.
- Champion developer experience through research, regularly engaging with Grab's engineering community to surface friction points and translate them into prioritised product improvements.
- Leverage GenAI for productivity, using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, stakeholder communication, and roadmap analysis.
- Introduce thought leadership in platform engineering, benchmarking Grab's platform against industry best practices and identifying capability gaps.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Product Management in a technical context, leading complex technical products from 0→1 and at scale.
- Engineering or quantitative foundation, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Data-driven decision-making, extracting insights from usage and telemetry data and defining success metrics upfront.
- Strong executive storytelling, distilling complex platform concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Cross-functional influence, building trust with engineering, design, and data science partners and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- AI tool fluency, having experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and improve workflows.
- Adaptive, high-urgency execution, moving fast without sacrificing quality and holding yourself to a high bar on delivery.
