Description
As an Express Store Manager in one of Asda's Express stores, you will lead a small team to drive sales, set standards, and deliver key results. Your main goals will be to maintain high morale, create an operational environment that attracts repeat customers, and support Asda's pricing strategy while keeping costs low.
You will be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will also be a good coach, role model, and mentor who inspires your team to perform at their best. Part of your role will involve managing HR issues such as disciplinary actions and grievances, as well as handling rota planning and holiday management.
