Description
We are seeking a Health Program Manager to join our team at Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group.
The Health Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing strategic projects from inception to completion
- Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, business case, and resource requirements
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies
- Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring clear communication and coordination among internal teams and external partners
- Preparing and delivering regular project updates, executive presentations, and post-implementation reviews
- Analysing project outcomes, capturing lessons learned, and recommending process improvements for future initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects using established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Operational expertise in functions such as Claims, Pre-authorisation, Network, Reconciliation, Strategy, Finance, and Change management
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and analyse information from a variety of sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and guiding teams through transitions
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master or equivalent preferred)
