At Braze, we're a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging™. We're seeking a Financial Analyst II, FP&A to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis team.
The Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to partner with the CIO organization and business leaders across Corporate IT, Business Systems, and Data Analytics. You will track, forecast, and report on key technology metrics and investments. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the CIO organization and business leaders to generate technology operations budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Tracking, forecasting, and reporting on key technology financial metrics
- Supporting the monthly close process and providing insights on technology trends and infrastructure investments
- Evaluating and developing financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic technology decisions
- Challenging assumptions and providing independent financial perspective on technology strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance and FP&A, preferably in Tech
- Undergrad degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technology and financial concepts
- Understanding of technology infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology investments is a plus
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $68,000 and $107,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $77,000 and $121,000/year.
