Description
As a Junior Operations Analyst, you'll dive into Solidgate's internal processes and help optimize them to ensure clients get the best payment solution. You'll work side by side with technical and business teams to make payments seamless for businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system
- Support processes related to Solidgate's payment services
- Build new workflows and optimize existing ones
- Handle analytical requests from clients
- Set up payment routing
- Collaborate with product and technical teams
- Communicate with partner banks' technical support teams
- Detect and resolve anomalies in the payment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
