Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) team in Tukwila, Washington, San Antonio, Texas, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
As a Supply Base Management Specialist, you will facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements, and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. You will develop and participate in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program, and commodity strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and monitoring supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities
- Developing mitigation plans
- Identifying and participating in supplier and business improvement activities
- Providing outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies
This position requires more than 6 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes, as well as experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.

Salary ranges are as follows:
- Tukwila, WA: $106,250 - $131,250
- San Antonio, TX: $99,450 - $122,850
- Oklahoma City, OK: $92,650 - $114,450
