We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business unit in identifying, mitigating, and managing commercial risks across projects and business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Risk Management:
- Support the business unit in identifying, mitigating, and managing commercial risks across projects and business activities.
- Assist in preparing strategies to manage risks and opportunities.
- Ensure commercial standards, procedures, and processes are consistently applied.
- Project Commercial Oversight:
- Participate in regular project reviews to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
- Maintain current opportunity and risk registers.
- Review project financial accounts and monthly reports.
- Contractual Support & Change Management:
- Provide support on contract negotiations and post-tender clarifications.
