Description
We are seeking an Analyst to oversee the financial aspects of trading activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our trading book, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights into trading performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily profit and loss figures for trading desks, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of trading risks, reporting on financial risks to senior colleagues.
- Maintain and analyse trading data, providing insights to traders and senior colleagues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, supporting external audits.
- Communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Collaborate across functions for a coordinated approach to trading activities.

Requirements:
- Experienced with MS Office toolkit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skills:
- CFA or master's in finance/financial engineering.
- Article ship or industrial trainee experience.
- Audit exposure in large financial institutions.
