Description
Join our Hydroelectricity and Dams team as an Intermediate Project Manager. You will contribute to the delivery of strategic infrastructure projects that support communities, enhance asset resilience, and promote sustainable development.
Your Impact:
- Manage multidisciplinary projects in hydroelectricity and dams from planning to closure, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing service offers, and supporting sector growth.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide mobilizing leadership to project teams and promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Support senior project managers in the technical and administrative coordination of complex mandates.
- Monitor costs and schedules using recognized tools, including Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- Participate in conferences, training activities, and outreach initiatives to promote WSP's expertise.
- Occasionally travel for meetings, site visits, training, and other project-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field;
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
- Intermediate-level experience (5-10 years) in hydroelectricity and dams;
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary projects;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- ASP Construction card;
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in parallel;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- PMP certification (an asset);
- Familiarity with planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 (an asset).

Salary:
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
- MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
