Controller Finance

We are seeking an analytical, energetic, and business-focused Controller to oversee the financial management of Red Bull's marketing and On Trade division in Finland.

In this key role, you will have overall responsibility for the financial numbers in your area, produce insights to support decision-making, and actively collaborate with budget holders across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Financial controlling and reporting for marketing and On Trade costs
• Monthly and yearly closures, allocations, reconciliations, and documentation in collaboration with the accounting team
• Analyzing cost developments, customers, and other key drivers
• Preparing financial simulations, business cases, and ad hoc analyses
• Budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-term planning
• Supporting and challenging budget holders on investment returns, cost allocation, and future measures
• Providing economic analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Close cooperation with marketing, On Trade, and accounting teams
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities, challenging current practices, and developing processes
• Ensuring compliance with group controlling guidelines, statutory requirements, and internal directives

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong accounting skills and excellent Excel abilities
• Experience with SAP, SAP BI, and HFM is considered an advantage
• Analytical, fast, sharp, and well-organized working style
• Ability to draw clear conclusions from numbers, present alternatives, and bring up different perspectives constructively
• Service-oriented and cooperative attitude, enjoying working with people and building trustful relationships with stakeholders
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English, with ability to work with international colleagues
